UGH!

 so somehow my iPhone software upgrade caused something to go wrong in my phone and i had to restore it 
i had backed up my info but if i restore with that info (incl your contact details) then i will get the bad software issue as well 
so i went to apple and they restored it 

but yeah i lost all my contacts in the address book 

so...
